Our purpose for RADIATE:
- to create a unique retreat experience for churched and new-to-church youth
- to take care of all the details for you
- to free up leaders in order to invest in the lives of their students
- to engage you in what God is saying throughout the weekend
Our goal for RADIATE:
- to blend our times together in worship
- to hear from God through relevant youth focused teaching
- to unpack what God is saying in small group discussion
- to give opportunity for you to intentionally engage with your students
- to provide high impact programming and activities in order to foster opportunities to build relationships with others and with God

- Tailored sessions to develop, encourage and empower the next generation
- To equip young people to radiate the love of Christ through gifting, their talents and passions
- Assist in seeing leaders continue to discover and develop their gifts and in turn mobilize them for Kingdom purposes
