We have opened up another Mother-Daughter retreat We have opened up another Mother-Daughter retreat weekend. After our first weekend filled up fast, we decided to open a second weekend on Nov 19-21! Sign up now!
Thankful. We see so many young leaders grow in th Thankful. We see so many young leaders grow in their faith, in confidence and in leadership while at camp. It is amazing how the hands-on leadership experience of camp allow young people to gain so many new skills in just a few weeks!
Thankful. God is good, His love is abundant and we Thankful. God is good, His love is abundant and we love sharing the good news of Jesus with campers. This summer we were able to do worship outside and on the beach, Bible studies, personal devotions and there were many discussions about what it means to follow Jesus.
The first few walls of the new Boys Camp Dining Ha The first few walls of the new Boys Camp Dining Hall are standing! The summer directors were at camp for some debrief meetings and joined in to help lift the first few walls of the Dining Hall. It is exciting to see the building become a reality right before our eyes! Do you have a skilled trade and are willing to donate some time and work to the building of the Dining Hall? We are looking to use the resources in the camp community to build the Dining Hall affordably and professionally. Please considering partnering with us in completing this project by donating time, finances, or skilled trades toward the new Boys Camp Dining Hall. We are thankful for the many donors, supporters and prayer partners who have been walking alongside Pioneer Camp to see this project move forward!

Thankful. It was great to see campers laughing, pl Thankful. It was great to see campers laughing, playing and relaxing at camp this summer. After the difficult year for so many people, camp was full of life, laughter and silliness. It is PURE JOY to see children laughing and playing.
We are excited to welcome Joanna Morrison as the s We are excited to welcome Joanna Morrison as the speaker for Autumn Blaze - our fall women's weekend retreat. Joanna Morrison spent many wonderful summers at Pioneer Camp as an LIT, a Special Needs Chalet Leader, and a Section Head. After marrying David Morrison 'Mo', Joanna found herself at Boys' Camp for a season, and enjoyed a variety of roles there. For the last 18 years, Joanna and David have been working with Iris Africa, building families for 100 children who were alone, and building up the body of Christ in Malawi. They have three adult children and two 'daughters-in-love' who are presently all living in Canada.
Thankful. The summer volunteers are amazing! We ar Thankful. The summer volunteers are amazing! We are so grateful to have many young adults serving, working hard, and bringing joy to so many campers! God IS building amazing leaders for His kingdom.
We are so thankful for the team of people who volu We are so thankful for the team of people who volunteered this past weekend to help "spruce up" Boys Camp. Many projects got completed and it was encouraging to prepare the site to welcome boys at camp next summer!

LEAD is resting for a few days after a long week o LEAD is resting for a few days after a long week of activity training, team bonding and High Ropes training. They even got to welcome and host our first school group of 2021! They are ready to work and serve the groups we have arriving this fall. @impact_opc @adventureworks_assoc

Games, games and more games! Hanging out and play Games, games and more games! Hanging out and playing games has been a fun addition to all the other regular outdoor activities campers are enjoying.

What a positive, flexible, servant-hearted group of young people! You have been a gift from God, even through the ups and downs of COVID, you were willing to serve and take on new challenges. Many Blessings as you return back to Germany! (Shout out to Linda who should be in this photo as well, but went home a few weeks ago.)
